quiz option is not showing

I created a dynamic quiz using the tags in my staging site. I uploaded this csv file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cSfTvmTPN09hn6Dc1SnoH4yuUO0DtrJz/view But when I test the quiz the option is not loading here is the screenshot: http://prnt.sc/ufy6h3 But if I click on the check answer option or submit the quiz the answer is showing. Here is a screenshot: http://prnt.sc/ufy5gn I have not updated the theme to 4.085. Let me know if this is a bug or there is a problem in the csv file. thank you.
