Quiz Questiond doesn't show

The quiz in edit mode shows all 20 questions but doesn't show all question at  the timer section while taking quiz or editing.

The bug is fixed for now, we found that the question shuffling was set to dynamic and not sequential thus the questions weren't coming in order as they should. However these seems to be a limited fix, as any user can change that shuffling to dynamic, if he/she wants it. So tell us how can we fix it. The reason this issue is user specific and quiz specific is because this setting toggle was only limited to few quiz and not all, thus not all quiz were affected.   Please find a solution for this asap.

Please note the difference between the static and the dynamic quiz : Static quiz is when the user does not enable the dynamic quiz switch  . In static quiz user have to add the questions manually while in dynamic quiz user just have to provide the tag which he gave in the questions for this dynamic quiz and the marks per questions .
