Quiz results and stats do not show up after quiz is completed

Hi Here is my website URL: http://online-accellearning-com.accellearning.staging.wpengine.com When I take a course quiz and answer all questions and submit the quiz. The results and stats don't show up. This happens with all the courses. I would really appreciate the support on this topic.

Please update the Vibe plugins to latest version. You have only updated the theme but forgot to update the plugins to latest version.
