    When clicking on "SE RESULTAT" (show results) in a quiz, no result is showing - and the screen become gray. Not able to see the results! Please support (our customers goes crazy).

    Please check if you have connected any "members directory"  page in wp-admin -> settings -> buddypress -> pages . If not then please create a members page and connect it . Try going to your profile stats and check if the quiz results is showing there properly . refer : http://prntscr.com/atoo6c

    No problem with our setup, everything is there. This has been working before and no changes has been made in the setup. Please advise how to solve.

    Okay please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version  . Please also confirm if you are using any child themes ? If all are updated then please share your admin credentials and url of your quiz . PS : mark reply as private while sharing the credentials .

    We hade to roll back update for latest Wordpress version due to severe problems (could not click on units/lessons...) Yes, we have Child themes

    We have our all test sites at latest wordpress 4.5 and they are working fine . Please note that the visual composer plugin has an ongoing issue with the latest wordpress version that is breaking many sites . For this visual composer has already released an update but as there is no update has been rolled out of wplms ,therefore latest version of visual composer that has fix will not be available . Can i email you the latest version of visual composer if your are using VC ?

    FOr the retakes not appearing . Please check if you have customized results.php template in your wp-content/themes/wplms/members/single/course/ folder . If yes then you need to copy the results.php file form updated parent theme into your child theme as there has been some changes in this template .
