Quiz Submit / Cancel translation

Hi, I can't get the buttons Submit / Cancel translated. Where is the translation file for those buttons? Could not find yet. I tried Vibe Module, The theme .po file, customtypes... Thanks, Daniel

This translation is present in the vibe course module plugin.

Latiyan, if you know where to change, could you please describe where to change the translation?

Don't know what's happening. It is translated in the vibe module .po (.mo) file.
