Best, RodrigoOctober 9, 2015 at 12:33 pm #2198Anshuman SahuKeymasterWe are unable to replicate this issue . Can you please share the steps to replicate this issue .this is can only arise due to confliction of third party plugins or if you are using some kind of caching plugin . Can you please tell if this issue was appearing from the beginning of your installationa or it appeared after an update or something?October 9, 2015 at 12:57 pm #2199No OneSpectatorI also expressed this issue in a support ticket with no solution from your side, Tried a new clear installation and students reports this issue again ! Support ticket : #2482 Quiz timer issue support.vibethemes.com/support/tickets/2482October 9, 2015 at 1:15 pm #2208Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease cooperate with us. Try de-activating all the third party plugins on your site, if you want us to de-activate please allow us to deactivate them. We have not been able to replicate this issue on any of our setups and this is the only such case, which means this is a site specific issue and can not be termed as a bug in the code. A bug is replicable on all systems. There are hundreds of sites using WPLMS and no one has reported this issue. You can check the demo installations to confirm this. Try creating a quiz here : http://vibethemes.com/demo/wplms with credentials instructor/p@ssword Suggestions from us is to : a. Deactivate all third party plugins b. Try contacting your web host or simply install the theme on another web host.October 9, 2015 at 9:03 pm #2263rvalenzuelaSpectatorHello Alex, thanks for the reply, I've have done both suggestion and the issue still there. I will give access to my new hosting site, here are the admin credentials: site: www.mine-class.com user: vibe password: vibe1234 PS: please note that is .com domain, this is the new hosting site, so is a test site. I will allow you to make any deactivating plugin. Also add you to a course with quizes. Please let me know if you could check please. Thanks.October 12, 2015 at 3:09 pm #2553Anshuman SahuKeymasterWe checked your site and found that your js files are minified . Please note that wplms does not recommends any kind of minification because there are many ajax calls truggered at many times in wplms and minification creates error in the code parsing . Please check your course.js link : http://www.mine-class.com/wp-content/plugins/vibe-course-module/includes/js/course.js and our demo site course.js link : http://vibethemes.com/envato/wplms/skins/default/wp-content/plugins/vibe-course-module/includes/js/course.js Please find the attached course.js file and upload it in the wp-content/plugins/vibe-course-module/includes/js/ folder and delete the old course.js .October 12, 2015 at 3:13 pm #2555Anshuman SahuKeymasterThere is a settings in the vimeo for disabling the downloading.PLease refer : https://vimeo.com/help/faq/managing-your-videos/privacy-settings#what-considerations-have-been-given-to-copyright I would also like to let you know that in upcoming update we are adding non ajax feature. With this feature you could use the video protection plugin in wplms courseOctober 16, 2015 at 7:37 pm #3373rvalenzuelaSpectatorHi Alex, my issue still persist, I think it isn't a minification issue, as you can see here in my official site, the course.js file is no minificated: http://www.mine-class.cl/wp-content/plugins/vibe-course-module/includes/js/course.js So I think is somenthing else. Really have no clue what could be. Best, RodrigoOctober 17, 2015 at 7:04 am #3411Anshuman SahuKeymasterCan you please try deactivating all the third party plugins at once and check the isssue again . Please check the js file should not be minified .October 24, 2015 at 4:29 pm #4773rvalenzuelaSpectatorHello Alex, nothing of the above recommendations work for me, I'm really worried about, so I would like to ask you if is there a way to do a fresh installing of the theme without loosing my course data? I mean courses, units, quizzes, students, stats?
