We are unable to replicate this issue .
Can you please share the steps to replicate this issue .this is can only arise due to confliction of third party plugins or if you are using some kind of caching plugin .
Can you please tell if this issue was appearing from the beginning of your installationa or it appeared after an update or something?

Try de-activating all the third party plugins on your site, if you want us to de-activate please allow us to deactivate them.
We have not been able to replicate this issue on any of our setups and this is the only such case, which means this is a site specific issue and can not be termed as a bug in the code. A bug is replicable on all systems. There are hundreds of sites using WPLMS and no one has reported this issue. You can check the demo installations to confirm this.

Suggestions from us is to :
a. Deactivate all third party plugins
b. Try contacting your web host or simply install the theme on another web host.

PS: please note that is .com domain, this is the new hosting site, so is a test site.
I will allow you to make any deactivating plugin. Also add you to a course with quizes.

We checked your site and found that your js files are minified .
Please note that wplms does not recommends any kind of minification because there are many ajax calls truggered at many times in wplms and minification creates error in the code parsing .

Please find the attached course.js file and upload it in the wp-content/plugins/vibe-course-module/includes/js/ folder and delete the old course.js .
