    Hi, I have big problem with quiz. Many students fill quiz and send it but we received it empty. When I do test it is ok but all quiz of all students are empty. Do you know what's happening?

    This is really strange. We would like to check this out. Can you please share a Student credentials and Admin credentials of your site. Also can you please let us know which browser(Chrome/Safari/Firefox) and OS (Windows/Linux/Mac) the students are using where they are facing the issues. Also what question types does your quiz comprise of ?

    Well there is no such file named tracker.js in wplms . It may be due to third party plugin please try disabling this: http://prntscr.com/9n4lvb
