redirect login to previous page

Hi, i am trying to redirect a student to the page he came from after login. I found an old discussion on old wplms discussion forum (http://vibethemes.com/forums/forum/wordpress-html-css/wordpress-themes/wplms/tips-tricks-docs/11333-tip-redirect-student-to-the-custom-section-after-login) but given answer to change >Admin -> Plugins -> Editor -> WPLMS Customizer -> Customizer_class.php, doesn't work. i get an error (blank page and i have to restore php via ftp). When i select the option "redirect to same page" on LMS in admin dashboard, i get redirected to "my account php", this is no solution for me. Is there a better solution? Thank you.

Redirection on the same page is having some issues and is not working properly in wplms ,we are trying to fix this and the fix will be released soon . thanks for reporting this .

This fix is coming in this update (version 1.9.9).

Hi, thanks for the update 1.9.9. Is it possible to tell us which php/plugin was adjusted for this redirect issue? It's difficult to update our full wplms installation due to many customization. Thank you very much!

The fix was in the vibe custom types plugin -> includes ->tips.php
