For the same we required a very easy to use theme (which it seemed like when we purchased it) having the following features (which either are not there or too difficult to implement): 1. easy edit access via Elementor - this didn't seem to be possible, Elementor was only editing a few pages like About Us etc. and not all the pages 2. When we put the support query for Elementor on Saturday night, we got a response for the same today morning, after an entire 1.5 days. this much time we unfortunately don't have to wait for resolutions. We are working on this mainly on the weekends and need support. Since we are non-tech people, we need constant help with all support items, because otherwise we end up stuck with a lot of things and work isn't done on time. We expected a very easy to call and ask for resolutions support from your end, but putting our problems on text is very difficult 3. this involves a lot of work on our end for approving instructors and then giving them course creation access. We needed an instructor to login and directly be able to create a course. but unfortunately, when we looked for this, it said that we need to go to the wordpress dashboard and then change user role etc. 4. We needed a lot of small small functionalities which are right now not readily available, and need to be added separately, like - share course button on each course screen, course to have a picture and a short video of the entire course, trial class format integration, refer and earn, etc. This is all the issues we faced within 1 day of purchasing the theme - we would appreciate that you could give us a refund of the theme as we are not able to use it as easily as we thought we couldSeptember 29, 2020 at 2:16 pm #314899VeronicaModeratorhi, trying to clear your doubts one by one: 1. easy edit access via Elementor – this didn’t seem to be possible, Elementor was only editing a few pages like About Us etc. and not all the pages for this: it is already available all the pages can be edited by elementor: units/quizzes/assignments/profile/course layout/course card/member-directory everything: refer: http://somup.com/cYQU26liEj 2.. we generally reply within 24 hours but as the support is high this time that's why there is some delay in response and it's the holiday on Sundays 3.. you can use a custom registration form and set the default user role there whenever use register from there user role will be assigned to them please refer this for version 4: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czb0FYKcFME and for version 3: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/custom-registration-forms-in-wplms/ 4.. you can use any third party plugin to share the courseSeptember 30, 2020 at 5:14 am #315038twishaaguptaParticipantHi, I am not still getting support within 24 hours, as you can see between the time of the responses sent over here itself. There are a lot of other issues I am facing with the theme, as I have a fairly complicated website to be built.
