Regarding highest rated courses

Everything was working fine and i was getting highest rated courses on homepage of modern theme.. but after rating some courses the courses are getting repeated at the homepage . i have tried to change to most popular but still problem of repetition. Another issue is in footer where the styling has automatically changed.. now most rated courses have tilted down and dotted lines have appeared. i have not changed any widgets or files and i am sure about this.

Yes there is an issue with the post grid in wplms as of now . We are trying to fix this issue and will be fixed soon in the upcoming update of wplms . And for the footer widget please try adding the following css from appearance -> customize -> custom css : .widget ul li {       border-bottom: 1px dotted rgba(0,0,0,0.1); }

  dots have been fixed by this css... but the tilt remains between popular courses and most rated..

Please check for the footer sidebar if there is any text widget above the " Most rated " widget . If there's not then please share site url and admin credentials to check the isseu at your end . PS: marks reply as private while sharing the info .

Hi.. I tried updating to latest version of WPLMS from 1.9.9 . I followed the video tutorial https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-upgrade-to-wplms-2-0/ I am facing some issues. I am attaching screenshots for homepage and one course page for each browser chrome, safari and firefox. For chrome, the most popular courses on homepage mix with each other i.e overlap but its fine for safari and firefox. For course page each browser shows different outputs i.e mentioned on screenshots. With version 1.9.9 everything is same on all browsers and is working fine. Please resolve

Please make sure that your all plugins and wplms default theme is updated to latest version alongwith  the modern child theme . After updating please re-save the permalinks and then clear browser cache . Make sure that you clear caching from server side too (contact host) . If you are facing issues wiht the course permalinks then please refer : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/course-permalinks-not-working/

I have updated the permalinks. my concern is that i am getting different response for different browsers.

Please clear your browser cache and test. Also, it would be great if you clarify the exact issue, is it the same as reported 2 months ago ?

I have managed to update to the latest version and everything is ok except profile photos are missing http://www.telcomatraining.com/course/4g-lte-fundamentals/   If i click on the url of profile avtar it comes out to be http://www.telcomatraining.com/wp-content/themes/wplms/images/avatar.jpg which is redirected to blog post http://www.telcomatraining.com/list-of-mobile-network-operators-in-venezuela/ Please resolve Thanks in advance

Please set a default avatar image from wp-admin -> wplms -> buddypress -> default avatar image . refer this tip to upload the image : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/adding-or-uploading-image-for-badge-parallax-logo-notworking/ And fro the course duplicated please check your block settings . Share admin credentials and site url to check this at your end  . PS: mark reply as private while sharing the credentials .
