December 27, 2018 at 7:28 pm #190573CEDFeducationParticipanthttps://prnt.sc/m0asgd I believe this page is not adequate because 1) It defaults to Log in instead of Register tab even through the page title and the expected action is to register. User should not have to click register. And it is not evident that the words are actually buttons to be clicked. 2) It would be better if we could put a logo on this page to make it more clear that it is part of the LMS site and their personal information is not being collected by some unknown party. Which file is controlling this page? Some videos on YouTube suggest this is not controlled by Buddy Press only the registration portion? If it is a WPLMS page can you help me make it default to the Register tab? If it is really is a Buddy Press page can you at least identify which file please? Thank you.December 28, 2018 at 10:08 am #190646AvaMemberHi CEDFeducation I recommend to please go through the instruction given in the link below to create a default registration form. I am talking about the entry screen which I pictured.December 29, 2018 at 6:55 am #190722loganMemberHey, i have used your given credentials but not able to login refer: http://prntscr.com/m0w8gj please provide a valid credential. only then i can check the issue. Regarding issue: 1) Please try another styles of login, goto wp-admin > appearance > customize > header > select login style. *Refer: http://prntscr.com/m0wah9 *i have selected Modern style *Refer: http://prntscr.com/m0w9sg 2) for other customization (logo & message), please let us know where do you want to place these things. we will try to add those with custom codes. You can describe that user's personal information is not being collected by some unknown party in privacy policy & terms and conditions of your website. we are not collecting any data, our theme just process them according to your need. its your site who owns the data of user. you do not need to worry its safe with wplms. 3) Yes we are using buddypress for login and register & for many more things. refer: http://prntscr.com/m0wd4z we are using its functionality with wplms to provide a better solution to manage the user profiles. 4) wplms's custom registration form is totally different from buddypress. if you are using custom registration form that means this has its own independent codes. it has not dependency on buddypress. wplms's default login/register uses the buddypress functionality. @ava has told you the most sophisticated way of creating custom registration form. let me know your thought for further information. Best regards.December 29, 2018 at 11:37 am #190759CEDFeducationParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.December 31, 2018 at 1:06 pm #190897loganMemberHey, There is a site lock option in wplms wp-admin > wplms > miscellaneous > site lock refer: http://prntscr.com/m1mas7 You have enabled this setting that is why it was causing the issue. that page was locked actually. i have disabled it now you can check the registration page in full screen. also try our login styles. now it will work Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information.December 31, 2018 at 2:40 pm #190902CEDFeducationParticipantThank you.
