Registration email is not sent out

hi I pretty much follow this instruction https://youtu.be/czb0FYKcFME to create a new registration form (except I create only one type of form) but somehow the email registration is not sent out at all. Could you please see what do I miss.

Please goto wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> emails -> email options -> click on edit activation email button and check if there is any activation email present in your site .

I think I messed it all up. 1. I went to tools-buddypress and reinstall default emails. Somehow, fewer than 20 emails got installed. 2. I deleted all these new emails, then restore all emails previously sent to trash. I need to connect each email to situation myself manually, right? Since none of the restored emails link to LMS-Setting-emails or on touchpoints :( Is there anyway I can set buddypress emails to default safely?
