Registration Form Problem.

Hello, I have issues with the new registration form and i believe you have received complains from other users.

1. The Form submit button is not working property. it probably works in 1 out of 10 form submission attempts.

2. Even when a form is submitted, I can't find the submitted form in the user  fields.

i had to put the instructor sign up on hold for a while now due to the form issues. How soon can it be fixed?

1. I was adding units to a course but realised that i couldn't add more videos to the unit. even if i add the video url, it doesn't show on the curriculum. i couldn't grab the page either because it required password login.

Please kindly help me fix these issues ASAP. BR,

Registration form has been fixed in the latest vibe short codes plugin. Update the vibe short codes plugin to Version 2.3.1.3.

For Issue 3 As you can see in the screenshot i created a test unit and embedded a video in it. It seems to be working fine on your website. http://prntscr.com/d44mpl

Hello, Thank you for the updates. One more thing, how can i get hold of the wplms customizser plugin? i couldn't find it in my theme download. Any link where i can download it straight away? Thank you so much! BR,

You can download the wplms customizer plugin from your wplms theme package. First download the fresh package of wplms theme from the themeforest and then go to plugins folder inside the wplms theme folder, there you will find the wplms customizer plugin.

Hello, There is no folder titled plugin on my theme package. I will have to contact theme forest customer support for that. * I tried the whole day to save a course unit and it kept saying. SECURITY CHECK FAILED. CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR! What could have been the problem? * I also noticed that as i tried to create a course with an Instructor account, i was able to see all the dashboard Administrator files while uploading media files. I think this is wrong if anybody can see each other's personal media files. How can that be fixed as well? Thank you for the assistance,

Thanks for sharing the credentials I checked your website but couldn't replicate the issue on your website. Please refer the video in my next private reply. I tested it with a random course, let me know if there is a particular course where the issue is replicable ?
