Relevant data shortcode on certificate image

Hello, I need an information: I'd like to set some relevant data shortcodes on my Certificate of Completion image but I can't; someone could explain to me please how to? Is correct to add Certificate of Completion image in text editor to set relevant data shortcodes or there is another way? Thanks to all. Max.

Hello, please share your shortcodes with us. and tell us where are you applying this. if you are using a simple page builder for the certificate template then simply put your shortcodes in the text area. if you are using pdf certificate builder then put the shortcode in the certificate area. note: always share screenshots and proper description for your issues for better support.
