    When i rename a quiz, the name stays the same as the old one. Only if I reload the page will the name change on the front end. How to fix this ?

    Your observation is correct ,in curriculum quiz,unit name does not changes when you finish changing the name and close the edit popup . You need to reload the page after changing the name to get the exact name of curriculum .
