    when i click this menu for updates https://prnt.sc/10ubd90 i get this error https://prnt.sc/10ubfrt and based on my support hosting provider tell me because from this https://prnt.sc/10ubg6o . can i get back to normal without error?

    Yes this is a known issue , our server got attacked yesterday and we enabled cloudflare to protect it but this took down the updates api as well . Please try to update now , it should work now.
