1) It seems like the questions are not set in the quiz and therefore showing empty quiz.
Can you please share the quiz url and the admin credentials with us in a private reply to check the issue on your website.
2) You can unattach these attachments from the unit using the unattach plugin.

as you said. i have added unattach plugin and i did but its not worked for me. can you check your end
