Rollback to previous day

Having purchased and installed WPLMS today, I did not see the same installation options that appeared on a YouTube video by Nayyar Shaikh, hence having completed the installation stupidly went to the set up wizard to reinstall.  This appears to have duplicated the plugins that I had already installed and, most significantly having selected a demo style with data which I naively assumed was simply placeholders for easily adding my own it has created numerous menus, pages, posts etc. mixed in with my existing data. Please can anyone advise if I can roll back to the previous day as to manually undo this will be very time consuming and I am concerned about the residual mess it will leave? Thanks

@Cul, If you want us to install the demo on your site then Let me know which demo you want to install on your site. Share your admin credentials with site URL in a Private reply here This is how you can rollback to a fresh setup and install the theme on a fresh setup. Thanks very much for your help and offer for help Diana.  We have managed to restore the database and reinstall WPLMS so won't take you up on the offer but greatly appreciated.
