Scorm course launches blank screen

Hi On our site http://meds.art-providers.com/ A tutor has loaded a scorm course and trying to launch it. It shows a white blank screen with no load. Can you check please. The API is enabled, cache both local and server are clear. Same course on another site loads fine.

We have noted that the problem is specific user based. How can this be resolved

hi I logged in but could not found any course with course loader 1 . Can you please share link of the course ?

Secondly resetting the course from course admin can also resolve such issue .

Hi Alex After a lot of to and fro and various results for some users, we found that the problem was due to Mixed content error whenever an instructor loaded a Scorm course on site. https://snipboard.io/qxleN4.jpg How can we fix this issue so everytime a Scorm package is loaded, it definitely uses https not http?

Please follow : 1 . check your wordpress and site url should contain https in wp-admin -> settings -> general . 2 . Re-upload the scorm package in course again .
