Well if you are using old version of wplms 3.9 then defer parsing is not possible since its based on jquery and jquery could not run with defer parsing js .   You can use wp rocket plugin for caching and script minifications .   We usually recommends wp engine which comes with inbuilt opcache, redis etc for bossting performance of wp sites.   A VPS with 4 GB or greater ram will also do good .

Well there is no key need to be added for vibe course module , vibe customtypes plugins The udpate should appears in your site .Please try reloading the plugins page three four times , goto wp-admin-> dashboard -> updates and click on check again button few times to check updates .

Hi please restore from backup if its there . you did not need to go thorugh installing the plugins step to get the updates . 4.0 is major update . Please just got to the theme purcahse code step to get the updates . while the old updates will also work . If there is no backup please login to ftp or login to cpanel -> file manager . navigate to wp-content/plugins and rename these plugins : wplms_plugin to wplms_plugin$ and vibebp to vibebp$ activate back the old plugins . and then goto wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> functions -> ad hoc and follow :
