Send message to users

Hello, I am completely new to wplms and I would like to know how can I send message to users. I will explain better this question. I am guitar teacher who want to offer more resources to my students. So I'm creating a website where I want them to have some information in the form of courses. But I want to keep comunication with them even if they aren't in any course in order to invite them to a course, tell them what's the homework, etc...     Thanks in advance, Ricardo Pons

Hello again! I can send messages but I am some trouble on "Send To (Username or Friend's Name)" field. It says that I should write the username or friend's name but none of these works. I just can use the name that appears on URL. Is it a nrmal situation? Could you please see the video to better understand what I me?     Thanks in advance, Ricardo
