November 13, 2017 at 10:52 am #135752hilmanfSpectatorI have some serious login issues that need quick fix. It comes to me like a disaster. 1/ Login with username then freezes, nothing happens. (Chrome/firefox) 2/ Login with social media then page error ERR_SPDY_.... (Chorme) 3/ Login with username or social media, redirected to the same page, but still not logged in. Refreshed page several times, problem still there. Relogin then problem #1 or #2 or #3 continues. 4/ Another user accidentally logged as another user, even logged as admin! It happens when some users logged in at the same time. WHAT I HAVE DID TO RESOLVE THIS 5/ I assumed it was cache plugin. I purged all cache and uninstalled it. The problem not resolved. 6/ I assumed it was ajax login. I disabled it on WPLMS. The problem not resolved. 7/ I assumed it was 'Enable One session per user'. I enabled it, the problem not resolved. Vice versa when I disabled it. 8/ I disabled login popup when user click take this course (LMS Setting), the problem not resolved. 9/ I enabled one session per user, logged out the user and relogin, it said the user has been logged in (which is not). I write down the credential for you to help me to resolve this critical issue on the next reply. Thank youNovember 13, 2017 at 10:53 am #135753hilmanfSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.November 14, 2017 at 2:59 am #135838hilmanfSpectatorI think I found how to replicate, but not how to resolved this. 1/ Login from any pages with username or social media account. 2/ If I succeded logged in, on the page where I logged in not detected my login. 'Login' button still showing, not account name. On Chrome it is often showing ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_..... 3/ If I move to another page (Tentang and Kontak), It shows that I am logged in. But if I move to first page where I was logged in, to KELAS page, or to course landing page, I am not detected as logged in.November 14, 2017 at 3:50 am #135841hilmanfSpectatorI did another method by staging version, but no luck. 1/ I clone my wordpress site to staging version 2/ On staging site I deleted some plugins: W3 total cache, social login. Put my cloudflare in development mode 3/ No luck. Post #3 problems still there.November 14, 2017 at 7:24 am #135869hilmanfSpectatorHere is my update: 1/ I deleted W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare extension on that plugin 2/ Deleted OA Social Plugin. 3/ Disable Rocketloader on Cloudflare 4/ Change Cloudflare to development mode 5/ Install and setup BP Social Connect 6/ Login from any pages, seems succedded with ID or social media account. But on the page where I logged in or redirected, LOGIN button still showing, not account name. After I move to another page (or move several times), account name appears. Sometimes, when I move to another page (when login succeded and account name appears), the LOGIN button reappears. 7/ It usually happens when I move fast from one page to another. Please help and check.November 14, 2017 at 11:49 am #135906hilmanfSpectatorI have found the culprit. It was minify javascript on my Cloudflare. After I disabled it, everything runs normal. But, logged as another user account sometimes happens when I move to another page fast. But it is 'view only', nothing harmful when I click that other user account and back to my original account. But still this is annoying and could make my users worry. Please help me resolve this.November 14, 2017 at 1:13 pm #135923Anshuman SahuKeymasteryup I replicated it . but its not theme related issue at all . The key issue is related to the page being cached in server and its showing same cached page over and over again even when hard refresh It is related to caching might be from server or caching plugin . You need to disable caching for logged in users .there is setting for this in w3 total cache plugin .November 14, 2017 at 1:20 pm #135925hilmanfSpectatorHi Alex, Thanks for replying. There is no more cache plugin in my website. I have uninstalled W3 total cache. When everything seems run normal like I said before, it happened again about 1 hour ago. My user can't login until I switch my Cloudflare to development mode. Then the login problem disappear. I know it is not theme problem, but I need your advice. Is that mean I have to disconnect my website from Cloudflamre meanwhile I need it for speed? Would installing W3 total cache with right configuration solve this problem? Thank you.November 15, 2017 at 2:15 pm #136055Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell unfortunately im not sure . This is initially caching issue and we are also finding solutions for it . But i guess enabling w3 total cache plugin and disable caching for logged in users in its settings will resolve this (im not sure .)November 21, 2017 at 2:33 pm #136622hilmanfSpectatorThis is hosting server side caching issue. Now resolved. Please refer: https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/forums/topic/critical-cache-issue/ The ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR was Chrome issue. Need to flush the Chrome and renew computer DNS to solve it. Just google 'how to fix ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR' Thank you for your awesome support.
