November 27, 2015 at 8:19 pm #11040juanR-12SpectatorHi good afternoon, I am having problems with my server. I am having a large PHP resource consuption, Today my page didn't work, so I asked support to my server provider and They told me there is some application in my server which is causing this resources comsuption. I need help with that, Is there a way to see if this is WPLMS theme wich is causing this resources comsuption!!! This is crazy I don't understand. I don't have any user traffic right now. The support of another pluging sent to me this capture that shows a PHP errors in plugin as vibe course module. I don't if it has to do with this problem. So please help me, I am getting crazy with this issue, Can you help with that, I can provide you information about my cpanel, server or whatever, but I need to check if this is really a issueof my theme or wordpress that is the only application I am using at this moment. Also I attach the picture my server provider sent me, with the process my server is killing. This is crazy, Is wplms generating this.¿ I don't know, but I need help... They told me could be something is generating a loop or something like that in php. I check with my multilingual support and They don't see any problem with WPLM multilingual... Rather it has to with plugins appears in the capture. I need to know what is happening with wplms.November 27, 2015 at 8:25 pm #11044juanR-12SpectatorAquí está mi información sobre mi wordpress WordPress: user: admin kEY: 4@BtNg$GiKSW$p8dHKy8JUE0

FTP <span style="font-size: 9.5pt; My hosting provider told me to go into the php processes section of my C-panel and kill some of the PHP processes. It clears up the resource usage, but they come back again (once people use the site). I'm trying to figure out if some of the plug ins are resource hogs - but they were fine until recently. Maybe Vibethemes has a better solution. Please let me know if you find a solution. I'll let you know if I find one. BestNovember 28, 2015 at 12:28 pm #11175Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease note that the notices in php are not fatal and can be ignored .Even buddy press also generates notices .But this should be solved to avoid future conflicts . ABout the server issue : As you have already installed the query monitor plugin you can easily detect that the wpml plugin with the yoast seo is running the slowest quries on al pages . Also we checked that you have enabled the touch points for a lot of activities ,please try disabling touch points for less priorities and also try using the wp-mandrill plugin .November 30, 2015 at 3:02 am #11291juanR-12SpectatorThanks for your answer. So whatdo you mean? You meant the reason why my server collapsed is because the slowest process like wplm and yoast. How can I avoid my server collapsed?? I am worry because I don't have users traffic yet so is unbelieveble... did you see something wrong with php?? Myserver provider told me there is something wrong with my php but I don't know what. Please help me. I'll do what you said mebut please answer my questions.December 1, 2015 at 6:28 am #11547Anshuman SahuKeymasterYEs there is something wrong with the combination of wpml plugin and yoast seo . Can you try deactivating them and then check the site speed ? Refer the gtmetrix for detailed analysis .December 1, 2015 at 10:17 am #11601juanR-12SpectatorWhat I don't understand is why server collapsed when There wasnot users online. I mean this something what had happened three times since september. If itwere a problem of a some plugin Don't you think it happens constantly??? My site has not traffic yet for that reason I am worried if this is a problem of my server and my hosting provider are liying. For that reason I need to know if there is something wrong with php that caused that collapse, however it doesn't happem everyday. It has happened three times since september. Crazy. And if wplm with yoast is generating problems, What do you recommend me??? Note: The day server collapsed there were not users online and any traffic. My site is working well right now and Is available. And yesterday there were persons working, so i don't understand that point. Thanks for your help.December 4, 2015 at 12:46 pm #12223MrVibeKeymasterI am really not sure what went wrong in your setup. Our test setups work fine with 40 mb php memory as well. Every site is different, and server load is something which is more connected to the server settings. As Alex already pointed out, that you have "Query Monitor plugin" activated, you can analyse any page using this plugin and check the mysql queries which area taking maximum time in your setup. As alex suggested the maximum time was consumed by WPML + Yoast SEO. When I check your site, I see a lot of unnecessary queries running, most of them are initiated by EventOn and WPML. PHP memory consumed in your case is over 110 mb, which huge (at least 50% more) if I compare it my test setup which has "all" the plugins activated. And on every page the slowed query seems to be generated by this function "WPML_Displayed_String_Filter->warm_cache()" My suggestion would be a. Deactivate/Uninstall plugins which you're not using b. install Varnish or Memcached on your server to speed up processing. Based on user feedback Memcached is most effective.December 4, 2015 at 5:30 pm #12268juanR-12SpectatorThanks for your amazing support. How Can I know there's something wrong with my setup¿¿¿¿ And how can I fix it¿¿¿ And another thing is where can I see this php memory consumed¿¿¿¿ Thanks.December 5, 2015 at 12:33 pm #12373Anshuman SahuKeymasterYou can use third party plugins to monitor how much php memory is consumed or contact your webhost to monitor these . YOu can check the important settings (refer documantation ) . A key thing that can help in this checking the php error log on your server .December 6, 2015 at 1:51 pm #12452Joey SuarezSpectatorYou probably also need a better host. LMS systems are very complicated and detailed, so a shared hosting account won't do. You need either dedicated hosting or something similar to it. We ran a test of WPLMS on the highest shared hosting account that GoDaddy has, and we were only able to get 22 users at the same time (and none of them were logged into the LMS, just browsing the site!). A lot of your site crashes will go away with dedicated or private hosting. BuddyPress, WPLMS and all the components that make this an LMS platform cannot be made simpler or smaller without compromising features.
