just need some clarification, so we can work on your site ? becuase we have to enable service worker. I think it might be best if you can tell us sometime when you get least visitors and maybe we can try things at that time.
Do note, this issue is a site to site case and there is no generalised solution to how different plugins have implemented different icon sets and where their definitions are located.

PWA is a new technology and it maps the url to cache the assets , the various css files loading various font files from different paths is causing the issue .
We are able to bring this modern technology in simpler way to wordpress product somehow but its actually a very technical .this is why its taking time plus the issue on your site is very specific and we have never seen such issue .
We were able to pull off most of the icons but the eicons are still not working somehow from the service workr .
we are checing this again .
