Setting up One Page Theme looking like demo, if no Sample data in use?

I never installed the Sample Data when installing WPLMS. No I have installed the One Page Theme and cannot get my page to even look remotely as the demo page. Is there Saved Layout I could import, or how should I do? I don't now how to install the sample data, when the WPLMS is already installed.

Will This remove all database and course whihc i have created so far ??

Yes if you reset by using the plugin it will delete all content in your wordpress and make a clean wordpress install again . If you do no t want that then please go for the manaul import you will find the xml file in the themes/theme_name/setup folder . Use this to import sample date using the wordpress importer from tools -> import .
