Short description of course is not showing anywhere

Hello, I am using C2 course layout and a short descrition of the course is not showing anywhere. Only the full description is showing... What is the point of short description if it is not showing in frontend? My suggestiong is to place the short description above course title. It would suit it best.. Now all the short descriptions are not showing in the course.

Why is it has to be voted.. The short description should be seen in frontend anyways.. Otherwise why is the a an area for short description of the course in front end course creation???

Its a design in which we hide the excerpt field, if you want to show excerpt field then don't use c2 layout. The layouts are meant to give users different design structure to use. There are many users who ask us to hide this excerpt field, so for them we made this new layout.

Thats silly from the users that want short description of course to be hidden.. They can just put there simple css code to hide it.. Thats pretty sad :( Now that short description field in front end creation is for nothing and it is going to confuse instructors. And because the field short description is for nothing in front end, I am going to ask you how to open the full description just like the short description and also hide the short description field. The C2 layout is the only one I like and suits me best.

This is a valid point. Maybe we can add a check for this. If the course short description is not similar to Course full description we'll add it in the course front. Thanks for highlighting this issue.

So when can I expect the short decription to be showing? I hope in the next update or very soon.. I am checkong your trello daily so I would like to see this there as well. Note: as I said.. It would look and suit best in the header section above course title. Thanks.

Yes I confirm it is there.. Only badly placed.. It would suit best above course title in header section. It would be more attractive.
