Shortcodes misbehavior

I found that being repeated on the page, but separated by other shortcodes, Accordion and Notes shortcodes handling leaves garbage (closing tags). Accordion code work correctly, the Note code also doesn't apply background color to the entire note. Again it only happens, when there are multiple instances of the same shortcode on the page, and the problem appears from the second instance of the shortcode and further.
