Show only paid courses on carousel

Hi, I'd like to know if there is a way to show only paid courses on carousel. Let me explain why: there is this site, wich has only online courses. Some of them don't have price they are just there to arise interest. We created a form where people can declare their interest in the course and if there's enough people, we set up the course. So, the option "Upcoming courses" don't work for us, as our courses don't have a start day - they are online, so the user can start it whenever it wants - and it is important for us to display only the paid courses in the spotlights.

There are two ways of achieving this: 1) Create a category as paid and add all the paid courses in this category, then select it to be shown in the carousel. 2) Add the specific courses ids to be shown in the carousel. Refer: http://prntscr.com/c6emp2
