Show specific categories in Blog

Hi. I would like to show specific categories on the Blog page but am unsure how to do it. I read the post from July 2016 "Blog page template to show posts form a certain category" which mentions the need to upload the blog-category.php file provided in attached blog-category.zip file. However there is no blog-category.zip file on the page.

Hi Diana Thank you. I am aware of the custom code and the link you suggested above, as that is what my question was actually about to start with. As I stated, the post blog-category.zip file attached to the post is missing, and that is needed before I add the custom code. Can you please tell me how to get the blog-category.zip file?
