I want create new sidebar for each page example: Activity Page i want set in Activity sidebar Members Page i want set in Member Sidebar Course Mansonry Page i want set in Course Mansonry Sidebar   i have been create new sidebar in sidebar manager and change it in each page..but not work..

Sorry having different sidebars on the buddypress core directory pages ("Members Page",and "activity page ") as of now.YOu may contact buddypress support or author  for this . Note that all courses page which is also a directory page of buddypress and applies only course sidebar to it. http://prntscr.com/93atjv On course masonry page you can select the sidebar from the page settings . refer : http://prntscr.com/93au78

In /wp-admin > Dashboard > WPLMS > Sidebar Manager, I get nothing but a blank page with buttons ("Save Changes" and "Reset to Defaults"). How do I create a new sidebar for a regular page that anyone can view?

Please make sure your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest versions and also try deactivating third party plugins for this . If above does not helps then please share admin credentials and site url to check this issue at your end . PS : mark reply as private while sharing the credentials .
