Signup Form Field Background

Hi i m using Blank Child theme. Two Problems 1) While Sign up - Full Page is white (students cant see, where to type signup details in the Fields) 2) same problem while course creation (with Edit Course  button) Please provide the solution. Regards

To change background image . Please goto wp-admin -> wplms -> header -> Upload Title Background . refer : http://prntscr.com/fq0bjg
