Simple Text Assignment – Error on Submission(Hangs)

We're getting an error when trying to submit the simple text assignments. When I try the upload assignment it still works.I've tried with the older and new version of the WPLMS_plugin since it looks like wplms.js is giving the error. Here is the console error. https://prntscr.com/10jb2j8

hi the delay in response due to support holiday as it shows 403 error on submission it seems like the token issue, any security plugin you are using then try to disable that and also please add the course here on which you are testing it http://prntscr.com/10mczaj
