Site crashed after update

Please advise, this is very urgent. After the last update our site has crashed, it's not possible to reach WP admin dashboard even. Sometimes it's loading but with many errors (like ERR_CONNECTION_RESET) and it takes ages. The site is https://kwik.rlt.com.sg. The issue can be that we use a multisite WP with 2 websites and their plugins conflict with each other. However, the main site is working fine. I will send all credentials in a private mail.

Hi Latiyan, That's very weird because I can't load site properly, it takes very long and with lots of errors in console (please check the screenshot http://prntscr.com/g6etmn), especially all internal pages, other than home.

After I updated theme and plugins to v3.0 it works better and pages are loading, yet the error in console persists: net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Apparently I purchase the extended support for no use ) Since I fixed issues myself by updating and recovering databases. Is it possible by any chance to get back the payment and cancel extended support? Sorry I was mostly eager for it because of the site crash.

those console errors were appearing due to some of the images were not being able to load from https source . in that case you need to check if your have provided https in your site's wp-admin -> settings -> general -> wordpress and site url .
