Site Speed is very slow

Hi~ My website is http://247mytutor.net. My customers always complain about the site speed. When they tried to access to the site, it took much longer than other site. I hope to take an action of the issue. Please let me know that ASAP. Thank you!

Please note that the wplms is a buddypress based site and uses woocommerce also which are heavy plugins. Also the page speed depends on the number of requests pulled out by the number of users at a moment and your server configuration . Checking your server php error log will also guide you in right direction . Dedicated server hosting is recommended . with the caching techniques like those mentioned in this topic: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/cache-plugin-recommended/ also refer : https://bp-tricks.com/buddypress-hosting/ Deactivate the plugins that you do not feel to be necessary in your site .
