Spacea are missing in widget headlines

Hi, My client is pointing on few small mistakes: 1) Notes & Discussion – no space before & (Dashboard widget) 2) No space before "Course Curriculum" (Course's page). 3) Also, if possible can we add Collapse/Expand icon for the Course's Curriculum?

1. & 2. Please share the url of the page to provide fixes for that . 3. Sorry that wont be possible as it is hard coded in theme .
