    Can I translate wp-admin/Includes/ms.php to show this string correctly translated? I mean, translate in this file 'es' => 'Spanish; Castilian', for 'es' => 'Español; Castellano',

    You can hide this via custom css, add in wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS
