Yesterday the button "Start course" and "Continue course" did not work. I clicked on regenerate permalinks and it fixed. Today they reported the same bug again and I fixed it the same way. From the third-party plugins you have activated on your site, you need to check which plugin is flushing the permalinks due to which you need to re-save the permalinks to make things work at your end
