statistics, final score: N.A.

Hello, When at my group batch, I see the scores and percentage done, but no final score. The same number you see on the certificate. Instead it says N.A. See this screenshot Extra weird, because in the table underneath I think it does show the final score of completed course: https://imgur.com/a/mVr2XvN Any idea how to fix this? Gijs

Hi, I have tried with old credentials but no access. Can you share the same credential and a video where it occurs? If any issue we will try to give you an instant fix else it will be fixed in the next batch update.

Hi, N.A is shows because the course is not evaluated yet for user.

ok. So after completing the final quiz. All scores are in. Does the course only get evuated when you get back to course page? When does it start the evaluation? What needs to be triggered? Also, see this screenshot. It says N.A. top right, but it does show total score on the left.. How come?

The second table shows the leaderboard of students in all-courses. The first is for student details for a single course. When the instructor evaluates the course thus it will be triggered and shows value in place of N.A

How can an instructor evaluate course? All my course have automatic feedback? All answers are immediately scored. I don't have to do anything.

If you have an automatic evaluation for the course then it will automatically evaluate after the course finished.
