structure of a changed course in progress

if the structure of a course that is in progress is changed How can the structure of the course assigned to the student be updated? That is, if a test has been added at the beginning and then we remove it from the curriculum, how do we modify it.

hi this is done automatically system won't show the old unit which was removed it will show a new unit

But this is affecting the grade of the course and the obtaining of the certificate. In other words, the student who continues with a course that has been updated cannot see her certificate.

hi for you need to either remove the student from the course and add again manually from the admin section or reset the course for user
