    Hello, I would like to update my theme to 3.5 (currently 2.7.3). But I am not getting a prompting to update with the auto-update. I tried reapplying my API code, but still not getting any promptings to update. Am I doing something wrong?

    Okay please share your site url , admin credentials and a valid FTP credentials to check this issue at your end . Please also share your api key and envato username in private reply .
