Student cannot access unit despite drip feed duration has expired

Dear Support, students reported to me that a unit is not accessible to them, despite the drip feed duration has expired (7days) I could reproduce the issue being logged as admin and also a a test account. I used to work, only recent changes are the upgrades to latest version of all WPLMS plugins and theme. See video (logged as admin) : http://screencast.com/t/F3ZQZcXu

Thaks for sharing the video of the issue . As i can see that  you have not completed the unit 1 in your course . If you are using the not ajax courses it would be great if you enable the unit locking -> force previous unit complete from wplms -> course manager and mark each unit complete in sequence . Please mark the first unit complete also and then access the second and thene access the third and so on .

Is this a change ? because it used to work without having to mark unit as completed to go to the next unit. What is the "ajax course" ? Since the course is not meant as very directive, I'm reluctant to "force" student to mark the unit as completed, I'd like them to freely come back to previous unit if they feel so.

No this is not a change. I can see the "Ajax course" was disabled, so, I unchecked it. So, now when students click on next/prev unit you'll see a loading icon and the content will change inside the course. Since you were not using Visual composer, this setting can be safely turned off, it is faster and enhances the course taking process.   Students not able to view the unit may be possible because the drip feed tracks the last unit "view" timestamp and if they did not view the previous unit, it would not take them to the next unit. However, from your video the issue seems to be connected with the Non-ajax unit loading, so the issue should be resolved by turning off this setting now.
