    I have an issue with the student dashboard. Please find the attached screenshot. Iam using WPLMSchild theme. 1) Dashboard icons showing "loading" irrespective of completed one course. 2) Messages and notification not working. When a student submit a course to the instructor for evaluation. There should be a message/notification for them to verify. I logged into the instructor account but i couldn't find any notification. I had to go to the courses and then i found the submission. 3) I see the same problem "Loading" even in Instructor dashboard. Also, the commission earned by the instructor not showing in the dashboard.

    I couldn't find any submit button for course review and its rating.

    Please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest versions :

    The rating button only appears when the you have typed some matter in the text area. Try resaving the touch points settings from Lms -> settings -> touch points for the course submitted .

    Check for js errors : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors If any then please try deactivating the third party plugins .

    Hi, I have installed latest version. Also, checked for update. But still same problem with "Loading" text in student and instructor dashboard. Other problems got solved. Thanks

    Seems you have minified the scripts in your site . Please note that we do not recommends to minify the scripts in wplms . Please deminify the scripts in your site and check the issues again  . Also we do not recommends caching in site . refer : https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/cache-plugin-recommended/
