Students stats don't appear

Hi, the students stats are not appearing when I acces the Admin tab in Single Course page. And we have users that have already finished course or submitted quizzes. It's happening in all courses. Maybe it's some misconfiguration in WPLMS or LMS, but I'm not sure wich, cause I don't understand some of them. Could you point that out for me, please?   Oh, by stats I mean those: average number of students who finished the course, average score on course and such.

You have set the course to be manually evaluated. You need to go to the submission and evaluate the students. Only after evaluating, the stats will be visible. http://prntscr.com/d9y6dj

Thanks for sharing the course url. Here the stats are not shown automatically, because this is a very long query which puts a lot of load on the server. Therefore we have given the calculate icon, refer: http://prntscr.com/daeboy, when you click on this icon then only the stats will be calculated and shown to you. I have clicked on the icon on this course and now this course shows the stats.
