Students/Instructors Login page redirect

I set the students and instructors page redirect to homepage [www.hotsaq.com/home] where all the courses are published but when they login, they will still be redirected to the default front page [www.hotsaq.com]  meant for visitors and non logged users. I want every logged in user and returning members visiting the site again should be redirected to homepage [www.hotsaq.com/home] while visitors and logged out users/members should be redirected to front page [www.hotsaq.com].  Please how can I achieve this?
