style.css in WPLMS 2.0.2 (standard theme) is not working

I updated the theme and all the plugins to the latest version. I noticed that all my css changes where gone. Therefore i checked the style.css because it was also updated, the changes where gone. I added them from the back up. but they do not load...   Any thoughts on why this is happening?

We have Theme Customiser - Custom CSS where you can place all your CSS changes. The updates replace the files so custom changes are gone. You should have copied the changes in child theme or theme customiser.

Thank you for clearing up, i had a backup ;-) It seems almost ok now...
