    It is impossible to display a second level of submenu in modern child mobile style. The screenshot shows the first submenu and the "+" sign doesn't work there.

    This issue is arising from original WPLMS theme and has been marked as bug for coming 2.0 update. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix as of now to fix this issue. Thanks for reporting.
