    I imported course material to an new installation and since then, I have assignments that are reporting that they need to be evaluated when there is no data. Here is what I see: https://goo.gl/photos/G8pwh6LjwmjAu2sv6 In this example "Target Audience Research Assignment" will always show (1) pending to be evaluated, but there is never anything there.
