Tab shortcode bug

I have three tabs option added on numerous pages. When the second (middle) tab is activated it doesn't show it's own content, but instead the content of the previously activated tab. Here is the code. Is it a shortcode bug? Could not able to replicate it . refer : http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/coXTIVhrL5 Check for the content in the tab 2 if it is causing some conflictions .
