The unit Access Date doesn't work

The unit Access Date doesn't work when i set the date and hour to the access the unit. I enable the option Enable Unit/Quiz Start Date time and Enable Unit Time as Drip Duration. But the unit access date doesn't work. I need to fix this issue because i have a course that have all the unit scheduled.

Make sure the course is set on drip feed mode. Edit the course, check the settings and make sure drip feed in enabled for the course.

We checked this and found it to be working fine at our site .
