January 19, 2017 at 12:11 pm #90857karnabalSpectatorHello, When I open an unit post, I modify it and I have to click a lot of time to update it. For information, I can update a post (Article) in one click. Here are the ghree boxes that display successively: http://imgur.com/a/7EwEm I tried to check the checkbox to stop showing those messages each time I click the update button, but it lead me to an inactive update button on the back office unit pages. Can you help me solving this issue, please?January 20, 2017 at 1:38 pm #91089Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell this alert is from wordpress itself and normally appears when there is an ajax call is not completed and user clicks on the update button . So please check if you have any video embed or any other source link in your units .Also try deactivating third party plugins in your site .January 20, 2017 at 1:40 pm #91091Anshuman SahuKeymasterPlease also share your admin credentials and site url to check this at your end .January 20, 2017 at 2:30 pm #91111karnabalSpectatorNo video, nor source links in the units. I guess it won't be necessary, looks like bbPress causes the issue. When I deactivate it, I'm not facing the issue. I guess I have to contact their support, right?January 21, 2017 at 11:26 am #91190Anshuman SahuKeymasterYes I have replicated the issue at my test setup also .Also it disappears when i deactivate .Your observation is correct . Adding to issue log.We will be trying to fix this in the next update of wplms . Thanks for reporting this to us . track : https://trello.com/c/TdwQcmSMMarch 22, 2018 at 11:32 am #151010claudiuSpectatorThe problem is still there. Open any course, press the update and the message appears. (next message with credentials)March 22, 2018 at 11:33 am #151011claudiuSpectatorThis reply has been marked as private.March 23, 2018 at 11:57 am #151119Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell the error is really very wierd to us as we are not able to replicate it on any of our test setup . Please follow this link to solve this error : http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-are-you-sure-you-want-to-do-this-error-in-wordpress/ Try editing your wp-config.php file in your root of site as mentioned in that link . PS : please do take a backup before editing the wp-confiog.php file .March 31, 2019 at 3:00 am #202627ateya3dSpectatori confirm this error related to wplms it's appear in some websites with unknown reasons , must solve this problemsApril 3, 2019 at 5:48 am #203006Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell we cannot confirm this right now as we have tried really hard to replicate the issue on our test setups. We even spent a lot of hours debugging the issue at your end and some other users as well but could not find anything behind it . We researched on google also for this but could not find anything but an article this may happen due to third party plugin or theme OR migration of website from different server (in this case wordpress salts changes ) . and the unit update button is working on your site shared a video on other topic . I guess it is due to corrupt database or something corrupted in website or server due to use of third party plugins .Im saying third party plugins because THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN ON ANY OF OUR TEST AND DEMO SITES .There is a setup on my localhost using for over 2 years and nothing such thing happened to me. There are some plugins which affects site forever even after they are activated coz they might change something in the core architecture of wordpress to achieve some feature . We know that you have used wpml in the past . Maybe but its just a assumption . issues like these are very complicated and we could not say how much time they will take to resolve . So I would request you to be patient with us .
